About 10 days ago the water dept had to dig up my yard (along with two of my neighbors) to replace some pipes. Our six foot privacy fences as well as the cyclone fences were cut down and trees were removed. My neighbors driveway and my sidewalk had to be broken up and removed. i know that the pipes needed to be replaced, but our yards are still wide open. The water dept said that they would replace the fences,driveways walks and grass, but now thay are saying that the fence contractor is ''behind''. Anyone can walk through all of our back yards from the main intersection that i live near. My back yard borders on a main express way service drive...This is a serious breach of security and i am afraid. Is there any way that i can get the water dept to at least put up a temporary fence?
