No one under 13 years old is allowed on the streets without a guardian after 9PM any day of the week! Unsupervised teenagers 13 to 17 years old must be off the streets at 11PM during the week or midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Please teach your children to respect the law and respect the privacy of their neighbor?’s space. This includes walking through their yards, picking flowers, or damaging property!
If you see unsupervised children after these times, call the police at 673-4521. Call DCFS for neglected or abused children at 1-800-252-2873.
Truancy issues should be reported to the school or police.
