We have a new name for our area. We will always be part of Peoria?’s North Valley, but the members of the Northside Action Council have voted to rename our area ?“The Detweiller Marina Neighborhood?” to more uniquely identify ourselves.

Our neighborhood association boundaries are from the Detweiller Marina to the Bluff (including Starr Terrace) and from Spring Street to Abington/Grant St. Our neighborhood association meetings are on the first Monday of the ?“even?” months: Feb, April, June, August, October and December. Please join us. Whether you own, rent, live, work, or play in the area, we are all neighbors! Take pride in it and get involved. We meet at 7PM at New Church, 1400 NE Monroe Street.
