Neighbor to Neighbor
I am sooooo glad that you responded! I genuinely hope that you will become involved in helping to build our neighborhood. We need people with vision and courage. I am continously encouraging folks to get involved. You know, I was a home owner in Cambridge before I became an employee of Nordahl Homes. Because of my affiliation with Nordahl, I cannot hold a position on our Association Board. That would be unethical. But I can work with each and every one of our officers in assisting them with their positions. I can participate in activities, and helping to develope our community I have to obey the covenants just like everyone else does. I may not like a Covenant anymore than the rest of you, but, I have to adhere to the them. I have to set the example. I want everyone to feel that they can talk with me about Association issues. Maurice, I truly believe that I can gleen alot from your experiences and knowledge, so you can certainly expect to hear from me often. And I hope that I can count on you to become involved in helping to strengthen our community. We have a beautiful neighborhood. We have good neighbors. Yea, we have some neighbors whom seem to have difficulties fitting in or perhaps being misunderstood, but maybe if they meet us half way, and we meet them half way, we can all find some common ground. Cambridge is going to be what we make it. And we have some great idea's that we are batting around as neighbors for things to do with the kids and for the kids. I'm very excited about some of these proposals. I think the rest of the community will be too. We'll be having one next Thursday (7/27/06) evening @ 6:30. I hope you can come, but if you can't, then contact me or someone that did go. Find out what we have in mind. And I'm smiling right back at cha Maurice and waving too! lol
