I do not know who to contact here,
We have been living on lone tree curt for 3 years now and since our neighbor moved last spring things are getting really out of controle. Apparently the lady does some sort of dog sitting ( to be adopted later maybe) . Would she kept the dog inside her house we would not have any issue, but she let them chained on a tree alongside lone tree court, and ny body that walks by thet attack, bark and threaten to bite.
It is quite unacceptable, especially that when I went at several ocasion to ring the bell and talk nobody open the door, while i very well know that they are inside....We endure that all summer long last year and with the good weather coming again, here we go.... NO it is unacceptable and if someone from the HOA would do something it would be great.
For now I do not want the police to be involved ( because i think they have better to do) but for our peace something ought to be done. eventually i may file a police complain, but we pay HOA fees and we expect something in return, especially when we try to be good neighbors.
