As your Board we are committed to fulfilling our campaign promises. We have maintained your maintenance fees. We have increased services and provided a safer and cleaner developmen but the biggest challenge facing the Board and everyone who lives in this community is our residents behavior. We still have many residents who seem not to want to follow any rules or regulations. We have parents who allow their young children to roam around the complex unsupervised. We have residents who believe that it is correct to play football at all our of the night. We have landlords and Tenats who seem to have no clue on how to conduct themselves.
One of our biggest issues are visitors who have no respect for Security, management or other residents.
This behavior must stop and it will. If we do not work together to curb this we will never accomplish our goals.
I will continue to push my fellow Board Members to enact rules to curtail this behavior.
