Chapter 29 Auxiliary

The Braintree DAV Chapter 29 received its charter on June 2, 1969. Its membership includes wives, daughter, granddaughters, mothers and sisters of a Disabled American Veteran. The Chapter 29 Auxiliary meets the second Monday of each month at Chapter headquarters. - Auxiliary member along with DAV members travel to the West Roxbury VA Hospital on the last Thursday of each month to conduct Bingo for the veterans. They also make frequent visits to local Nursing Homes to entertain and visit with the patients. The Auxiliary also make anonymous donations for our needy neighbors through the Towns Veterans Service Officer.
