3 units closed last week. All for less than asking price. Went to an open house in Silver Lake area near Dodger Stadium yesterday. Bungalo price was 610,000$ on small 5000 sq ft. lot. The house was loaded like a huge family reunion. Couples were huddled up with their agents preparing offers on the spot. Went to a bigger house a mile away same deal. 820,000$. Left scratching my head. Open houses in Lakeridge are like ghost towns. No body there, just a few tumbleweeds the inhabitants staring the poor lookie loos down.
DO NOT BUY PROPERTY HERE!!!!

The heat has brought out the amenities in serene Lakeridge. Many of the stream systems are broken down. This leaves them a stagnent, smelly, muddy mess. But the worst part is that it leaves them an ideal place for mosquitos to breed. Children and parents are getting eaten alive and left with big red welts and no repairing visible. The pools are over run with boom boxes and coolers with drinking and dancing to Mexican cumbias. Aye yah yie!! |

Hmmm, Mosquitos in standing water....sounds like someone needs to call LA COUNTY VECTOR CONTROL DEPT. There are public service announcements on TV , all the time, requesting that sort of thing be reported. Just wait til some resident gets, ZIKA, or Gawd knows what!!

7 units pending.I'm guessing several of the buyers enticed by the sales pitch of 24/7 security. False. CSI security stopped their patrols due to non payment. It is officially the wild wild west in Lakeridge. Renters parking in owners spots, large furniture loading up the bins and absolutely no one around to enforce the rules. Welcome to paradise new owners. Pay your 375 a month for nada. You could lease a new BMW for less. |
