Committe Code Comittee

The District 6 Community Code Community is a group of volunteers dedicated to increasing the beauty of our community by focing efforts on notify and assisting residents to correct code violations.

City Sweeps

The first way the committee assists is by identify areas of distress for the City's Property Improvement Department. The department then will conduct an intensive sweep in the area alerting residents of violations. Residents are given citations, and time to make corrections.

Volunteer Sweeps

The second way the committee assists; is by identify volunteer sweeps areas. The committee then conducts a sweep of the area, and sends residents notices of potential violations. These are not citations, but notices. We have an over 75% success rate with volunteer sweeps!
