This is an initial step to begin the process of formulating an alliance of neighborhoods within the District 8 area to converse about issues which may need to be discussed and successfully and satisfactorily addressed, which may need the attention and action of the District 8 City Councilmember representing this population.
This alliance may have several goals; they are to be developed in concert with the neighborhoods, their residents, their homeowners associations, and the District 8 City Councilmember, and the City of San Antonio and associated communities, business entities, other organizations, as appropriate. The alliance can be a constructive and proactive force touching on this area's communications, planning, implementing improvements, problem solving, and the like, so as to make better our living and working environments of this area.
Ideas are indeed solicited. Suggestions on how to proceed, and what are important issues to attend to are all invited; so please, post your views here, and provide means to contact you.
