Dixon Branch Homeowners Association includes the subdivisions of Lochwood, Lochwood Estates and Lochwood Meadows and is bounded by Northwest Hwy, Jupiter Road, Lake Highlands, Easton Road and Garland Road. There are approximately, 2,200 residences within the area. More than 650 neighborhood families have requested that they be linked to the network.

The main objectives of DixonBranchAlert are to provide a real time information-sharing tool to disseminate news of general neighborhood interest, to report crime information, and to alert neighbors to potential criminal activity. We also pass on information from other neighborhoods that we feel would be of interest to our readers. We believe that informed, active residents will promote a safer neighborhood, protecting the quality of life that exists in our naturally beautiful neighborhood. Communication, suggestions and comments are welcome and will enhance and insure the effectiveness of the initiative
