We also have a problem with someone or many abusing the mutt mitt dispensers by taking them all out....for personal use or abuse or vandalism. Please keep your eyes open to make sure that we all have the proper courtesy for a great city benefit for dog walkers forgetting their bag to pickup after their dog. There are even some who pick up after their dog and then just drop it-the bag- on the grounds. It does help us not to step in it , but like everything...lets keep our eyes and ears open and report all incidents.
