Neighborhood and Condo Association Leaders,
Door Creek Church on the corner of Sprecher Road and Dominion Drive has found that after 12 years in our current facility that our space has become inadequate to meet our current growth. As a result we are exploring the possibility of expanding our facility with an addition to the north, into our existing parking lot. We would like to invite a representative of your organization to a meeting at the church on Monday, December 3, 2012 to hear and see more about those plans. The meeting will be held in Quad 1 on the lower level at 7:00 p.m. Representatives from the church will be there to show an architect’s rendering of the building, as well as answer any questions.
We are scheduling this meeting as part of our efforts to be a good neighbor and hope you can join us. If you cannot, we certainly understand.
