Dosker Manor Floor Monitors

There are 58 floor monitors at Dosker Manor who check on the other residents on their floor everyday to make sure they are ok. Residents turn the "stats" on their door every morning to let monitors know they are ok. If the stats are not turned when the monitors make their rounds, and no one has seen the resident, floor monitors can request a "well check" to be sure the resident does not need help. Monitors have found people who have fallen or become too ill to call for help. The monitors program is credited with saving the lives of residents.
