Welcome to Dosker Manor's Own Website!

I am proud of Dosker Manor- it is my home. Let me tell you some things about Dosker Manor. It is the largest high-rise development for the elderly and disabled in the state of Kentucky. I always tell people that Dosker Manor is like a village. It is made up of three buildings with 685 apartments and covers an entire city block in the downtown Louisville area. The Louisville Metro Housing Authority operates Dosker Manor. Residents must meet the eligibility criteria of age or disability to live here. I hope you will take a minute to learn more about the programs and activities we have for our residents.
