ROADS
The county is aware of the sinkholes and damage to our road. They have promised that something will be done about it.
Thank you Mr. Bill Greene for reminding them!
DUES
Are you aware that you are able to support your homeowners association by paying the small amount of $25.00 per year? The dues were used to pay for erecting the bus shelter for children to use and the upgrading of the fire cisterns. Dues are also used for food for the annual picnic, the costs of printing newsletters and our directory. DMA is a non-profit
voluntary organization and all monies are used for the benefit of the homeowners.
ANIMAL CONTROL
We have had numerous complaints about dogs running loose and excessive barking. There are Jefferson County ordinances that address these issues. All dogs must be either on a leash or under the owner?’s control at all times. During nighttime hours, please quiet them or bring your dogs inside. We all enjoy the peace and tranquility of our mountain homes.
