I have seen the city on Michigan in front of Valencia Place, installing a pole. It appears to be the short style that they use for placing speed indicator devices on. This would alert east bound drivers to slow down at the curve at the entrance to Valencia Place, Cornerstone Apt. and Coach Homes. Does anyone know the location that the west device will be located?
