As a new member of the Planning Commission, I have already been taught that it has two roles.
One is quasi-legislative, preparing and revising the Master Plan.
The second is quasi-judicial, that is, reviewing proposals for zoning changes and development proposals to see if they comply with the Master Plan, The Parker Land Use Ordinances and other governing documents.
If you have input, suggestions or complaints, please send them to me by email or letter or come to the meetings of the Commission or the Town Council.
