Rose was born in San Antonio and attended Ursuline Academy. After following her husband, John in his military career, she returned to San Antonio in November 2007. Rosalinda is a resident of the Majestic Towers. She serves as a docent and as the correspondence chair for the Southwest School of Art and Craft, Ursuline Academy Museum.
She and her husband are blessed with two daughters, Mariselle Marshall, who lives in San Diego, CA and Denise Bonny Seratte, who lives in Sapulpa, OK.
Rose attended Ursuline Academy and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Management from Park College in Missouri.
She worked for Civil Service in Foreign Military Sales as an Accountant - Retired August 2, 1997 Civil Service (21 Years 10 Months). She then worked for the state of Oklahoma in the Department of Corrections as a Budget Accountant. Retired April 1, 2007 after 10 Years. During her career with Civil Service, Rosalinda was Hispanic Employment Program Manager at Goodfellow AFB, TX for two years.
John made the move to San Antonio with Rose to aid in her escape from Oklahoma City. Payment for years of following him around and starting her career over with each change of assigment.
He earned his degree in Management/Human Resources from Park College.
He served 4 years in the Navy as an air traffic controlman and 29 years in the Air Force. John's Air Force time was divided between electronic equipment repairman (10 yrs) and manpower management (19).
