ARRF! ARRF! What Does an ARRF Mean to Me?

What to do when you want to add on, add a structure, build a fence or make other changes!

What is an ARRF? The Architectural Review Request Form, or ARRF, is filled out when the homeowner wishes to make any changes or improvements to the outside of the home. In order to obtain an ARRF, send your request to the association at: P.O. Box 19004, Jacksonville, FL 32245-9004. Once you receive the form, fill it out and return it to the Home Owners Association board with all the pertinent information included to the above address.

The board must respond to the homeowner?’s request within 30 days from the date received. Soon a homeowner will be able to download an ARRF from the new neighborhood website.
