View your Covenants and Restrictions On-Line

Here's a convenient way to view your covenants and restrictions on-line. Just read the directions below first then click on the hotlink below. It may be easier to open up this page in a second browser so you can switch between the site and these instructions.

Directions to view Covenants

Once you've reached the search disclaimer page follow these steps to view the covenants:

1. click on accept to advance to the next page which shows 4 red boxes.

2. Click on the box that says document #.

3. Enter Document # 96176809 to view the main body of the Covenants and Restrictions then click submit or to load the supplimental Declaration, go on to step 4.

4. Enter Document # 98065659 to view the Supplimental Declaration then click submit.

(Depending on the software already installed on your computer you may have to download a special viewer to view the documents. This is a free download and only takes a few minutes depending on the speed of your computer and internet connection. Once the viewer is installed and the search results appear.)

5. To view the Covenants choose view image.

The document will start to download and again depending on the speed of your computer and internet connection this should only take a few minutes.
