Street Sign & Entrance Area

Street signs and entrance areas:

To protect the finish of our street signs, nothing is allowed attached to the sign posts without prior approval except for Xmas decorations.

Individual signs can be placed in the area surrounding the sign posts.

1) These signs are limited to property for sale or garage sale announcements.
2) All individual signs must be removed at the completion of the announced event

In order to maintain a landscaping standard, the community landscaping committee is responsible for the area around our street signs.

Greenspace Area

Greenspace:

Our greenspace area, which is located at the end of Rosebrier Lane, is open for the enjoyment all current DTCA members, their families and their guests.

The DTCA board has the power to adopt reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the greenspace.

Greenspace area is to be used only for the purpose for which it is intended. No obstruction to, or shall anything be stored, altered or removed from the area without written consent of the DTCA board.

Cutting down or damaging any tree or shrub is prohibited.

Landscape work which requires cutting trees or shrubs is permitted with written permission from responsible committe chair person.

A program of random tree or shurb planting is encouraged if the plant is suitable for the greensapce area.

DTCA maintains a liability insurance policy for the greenspace area. All DTCA members are covered under the policy. DTCA will not permit anything to be done or kept in the greenspace area which would result in cancellation of insurance or which would be in violation of any law.

1) No waste shall be put in the greenspace area.
2) Burning or open fires are not allowed in order to protect the surrounding community from a catastrophic fire.
3) No man made structures are allowed except for those addressed in the insurance policy.
4) No obnoxious or offensive activity is allowed in the greenspace area. Nor is any use or practice which would be the source of annoyance or nuisance to DTCA members or guests, or which would interfere with the peaceful possession and proper use of the greenspace.
5) In no instance will any motorized vehicles be permitted in the greenspace area except for work vehicles.
6) No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful uses of the greenspace are allowed.
7) All valid laws, zoning ordnances, and governmental regulations are observed.

DTCA reserves the right to amend, change, add to, or revoke these rules as circumstances require.
