Drexel Terrace Community Association (DTCA)

Drexel Terrace has a community association (DTCA) that receives annual dues from its members.  A greenspace area is available to members which includes a walking trail alongside the creek, a picnic area, a basketball goal, and a swing set for the children, all maintained by the Association.  DTCA plans fun social events such as an Easter Egg Hunt and Party, a Neighborhood Block Party, and a Halloween Party.  DTCA maintains the street signs and the entrance gardens of our neighborhood.  Traffic safety, road condition, and safe lighting are worked on each year.  The Association also addresses issues that may arise with code or covenant violations within the neighborhood.  Joining the DTCA allows you to have a voice in our neighborhood  and helps us keep our neighborhood a wonderful place to live.
