Gertrude Woods Community Foundation (GWCF) launched their development and housing project which consists of the rehabilitation of properties in the Driving Park area. The project will create quality, livable, and affordable housing options for low and moderate income families. The first project got underway in October 2013 with the property shown below on Ellsworth. For more details, watch their intitial news report.
