I'm sorry to all if my initial "vent" post caused angry responces.  We should all be interested in the meetings.  It's our neighborhood and no one elses.  No one's responsible for it looking nice but us.  All of the homeowners are the community, not just 3 or 4.  I get mad that all don't pay their dues.  Many of us have paid them for years.  Having said that, it doesn't mean we should give up.  There are always going to be people who don't do the right thing by not carrying their weight in their responsibilities!  They bennefit by only a few paying,  to have our entrances look nice,  and maintaining all of what we knew we were responsible for when we bought our homes, including the detention area.   Come to the next meeting,  April 6th at 6pm...(see calendar for location)...and bring any ideas you all might have and lets work together as concerned homeowners for the future of our neighborhood.  I'm just a homeowner,  but know the folks who pass out the flyers and balance the books, do it on their own time.....in good faith we can move forward.  Lets MOVE FORWARD!   Please keep an open mind and bring your ideas to the meeting on 4/6/2011.

      My feeling on it is if not going to pay dues then why get on here and try to run it down for those of us that are trying to keep our including you subdivision from falling into the same old owe who cares its just the south end I care I have lived her for more than twenty years we are not asking anone to do any thing they dont want to do.  But remember one thing I will go out on a limb and say they are more that care than the ones that dont.  And you can be upset about the way things are done or have been done but I  dont no have you ever attended a meeting pulled weeds at the entrance called 311 about a code violation.passed out dues or news letters walked around the neighborhood asked to see were the money goes unplugged the detention area remember you own a part of it?

      The two ladies that took care of the things over the past few years I myself am greatful and news flash there pay was $0.00 before and after taxes.

     WE are striving for positive members and positive results come to meeting or tell us on the website how to help any situation none of us went to school for this so anyone thats trying to do something for this is OK in my eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     Dont mean to make anybody upset but those days of picking on the ladies that volunteer are aover with and again I thank them SORRY.
