summer picnic

Posted in: Spinnaker Cove
It has been proposed that the format of the picnic be changed to reduce the effort required to set-up and to encourage more participation. Some suggestions include:

change location to the park for softball and/or volleyball

Make the party BYOB and reduce the set-up time and effort

make the party more adult focussed or split the event into afternoon then evening events. evening events would focus on adulst and older children.

Let you thoughts be know and reply with an idea or comment.

Spinnaker Cove Board

Hi there. My wife and I have made an offer on a home in SPinnaker Cove. Is it safe to assume that if our home pays the $170 assessment that we have rights to use the lake--- the property is 1349 E Cooper and it has a small lake approach that appears to abut a common area or beach-- but the sand does not come all the way to the property.

The property description says we have access to the beaches anywhere around the lake, but obviously we would want to use the one closest to the property.
