COVENANTS REPORTING PROCESS

HOW TO REPORT A POSSIBLE VIOLATION

To report a possible violation of the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the ER Homeowners Association, please send an e-mail to Joel Ehle, Chair of the Covenants Committee, at the email address below. Be sure to give the address of the property, the name of the owners (if known) and the section from the Declaration which you believe has been violated. If the possible violation came from an incident or incidents, please give dates, times and places you witnessed the alleged violation(s). Leave your name, email address and/or phone number in order for the Committee Chair to get additional details and to respond to your communication. Anonymous postings will only be investigated if there is visible evidence of a violation which can be witenssed by a Committee member.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF A VIOLATION ON YOUR PROPERTY;

If you receive a notice of possible violation of the covenants, conditions and restrictions, please read it carefully and then correct the violation. Submit a response in writing if you disagree with the notice or send a message to the Committee requesting further clarification or additional time to correct the problem. The Reminder Notices are intended to alert you to a problem which needs correcting, not as a personal criticism. It is in the best interest of all home owners to comply with the restrictions which you accepted when purchasing your home in Evans Ranch.
