The Board has established the due date for the full assessment of $510.00 as JANUARY 1, 2013. Assessments must be collected early in the year to pay operating expenses during the year.
PROCEDURES FOR SENDING ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS
Since the assessment is not a payment for services rendered but a continuing obligation of membership in the Association, we believe that members will make their payments on time and in full. Assessments are an important financial obligation, accepted by every owner when taking title to a home in our subdivision. The funds are used to benefit our neighborhood and increase the value of our homes. Make checks or money orders payable to ER Homeowners Association, Inc. (ER HOA) and mail to PO Box 100431, San Antonio, TX 78201.
PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE
For your convenience, we offer a two payment method. If you choose this plan, the due date for the first payment of no less than $255.00 is January 1, 2013, with the remaining balance of $255.00 due on July 1, 2013. If a payment of at least $255.00 is not received before January 31, 2013, interest will begin to accrue on the entire assessment from the due date. A Reminder Notice will be sent prior to July 1, 2013 to those members who have selected the payment plan.
