FORMATION OF EAST 86TH STREET BLOCK ASSOCIATION

Dear Neighbors:

On Thursday, October 19, 2006 several of your neighbors united to form a block association. Our purpose is to safeguard our families and investments , as well as to improve the quality of life within our community. Our goal for this great community is to keep it free of unpleasant environmental conditions and illegal activity. The first step to achieving this goal is for us to unite as one. We do have strength in numbers.

At our last meeting Ms. Rachel Turenne was named Acting President and Ms. Maria Davis was named Acting Recording Secretary. At our next meeting we will discuss when nominations and elections will take place for these as well as other offices of our block association.
