East End Neighborhood Association

the city is not allowing citizens to review the redevelopment proposals each team has submitted. The two teams are Draper and Kramer and Killen a Chicago based group,and the second being Henry Turley Memphis businessman. I think Cooper/Young and the Belt Line neighborhood Assoc. should join forces to find out whats going on. Are they hiding something? The two neighborhood groups have the most to gain or lose.
