The East Gateway Triangle Neighborhood Association (EGTNA) with support from Chester Community Improvement Project and funding from Wells Fargo Regional Foundation is working to build a neighborhood where residents and community stakeholders are clearly engaged in their community and feel empowered to affect change.
EGTNA VISION STATEMENT
The EGT Neighborhood Association (EGTNA) vision is to foster a safe living environment, encourage residents to become involved in the neighborhood affairs, have an effective unified voice to address issues that impact the neighborhood, conduct social activities that create a greater sense of neighborhood pride, promote a sense of pride and identity amongst residents, establish a direct line of communication with the City of Chester and other agencies, to empower and preserve older neighborhoods, establish relationships with other neighborhood associations and coalitions, familiarize residents, landlords and interested parties about the Association and its purpose.
