I was just wondering why anyone would allow their dog to do their busniess not only on my front lawn but also on my driveway.  I hope that this "neighbor" thinks twice about how rude this practice is and picks up their dogs mess and discards it properly,  maybe onto thier own lawn or driveway. 

I agree with you.  I have also noticed where dog poop is in a bag but left on lawns, in the woods and around light poles.  Be a responsible dog owner and take care of your pets poop appropriately. Thank you.
