Skimas Retail Office Center

You have probably all noticed the construction work on St. Johns Road across from Thriftway. This is the Skimas Retail Office Center. They are constructing two retail office buildings that will contain 10 retail spaces. This is located on the East side of NE St. Johns Road between NE 52nd and NE 53rd Streets.

They will also have an on site water quality detention facility for storm water runoff. More information may be obtained by calling Alan Boguslawski at Development Services 397-2375, ext. 4921.
