Un-cover a street light or get rid of some graffiti
The Clean City Division is the department to contact when you need to have trees trimmed for the purpose of increasing the area of street light illumination, or to clean up graffiti. TECO will only trim trees to repair/replace the street light.
The Clean City Division no longer is the department that coordinates the annual SWEEP clean up (you may remember this project by the name of NEAT, from years gone by). SWEEP is now under the Dept. of Solid Waste.
