Over the next few weeks, all web sites sponsored by Neighborhood Link will undergo a re-design. Included in this new design is improved document storage and improved capacity for photos (of which we currently have zero -- how about submitting some?).
All sites sponsored by Neighborhood Link have the same basic design. Only minimal changes can be made by the Link staff. Whether much of this inability will be changed with the new design remains to be seen. (But once the re-design is in place, our web master would welcome input from you as to what should be in the site. Do you have pictures you'd like to see on this site? Contact us -- we not only want the assistance, we NEED it.) On the up side, Neighborhood Link is a free service provided to cummunity associations and Crime Watch groups, and it definitely has enabled us to be better able to communicate information of interest within our community with great ease and in a timely fashion. In fact, we are beginning to rely on this web site as the primary method to disiminate information to you;
HOWEVER
please remember that not all of our neighbors have computer access, so please keep in contact with your neighbors in order that you may transfer information you have read on this web site to those folk. Besides -- keping in contact with each other is what makes the Neighborhood Watch system work: neighbor helping neighbor.
