DON'T BLOCK STREETS OR SIDEWALKS

Sec. 4-5-23 Obstructing generally of free passage on streets and sidewalks.
No person shal obstruct any street or sidewalk or part thereof in any manner not permitted by this code or other ordinance of the city with any animal or vehicle or with boxes or barrels, glass, trash, rubbish, or display of wares, merchandise or sidewalk signs and other like things, so as to obstruct the free passage of persons on the streets or [side] walks, or any part thereof.
Don't block streets or sidewalks with things like cars and trash. No one likes ugly, and that is very ugly - and ILLEGAL!
