FREE PRESCRIPTION SAVINGS CARD
For individuals and families without prescription drug coverage and who meet the following requirements:
--Not eligible for Medicare
--Have no prescription drug coverage
Household income equal to or less than:
$30,000 for a single person
$40,000 for a family of 2
$50,000 for a family of 3
$60,000 for a family of 4
$70,000 for a family of 5
and be a LEGAL resident of the United States.

MOST Rite-Aid and Wal-Green pharmacies will accept these cards.
