During the coming weeks and throughout the year the participants, (City of San Antonio Planning Department / Consultants) and stakeholders will be meeting to formulate and develop a long range master plan for the Eastern Triangle of San Antonio.

Currently, San Antonio in general is being touted as being a Mecca for investors, and not only for commercial development, but also for residential real estate development as well.

The Eastern Triangle area offers investors and stakeholders the best opportunities available in accessing premium land acquisitions for far less than the inflated prices in other areas outside the city.

The Triangle is in a fast growing market area for retailers and families who are interested in establishing themselves in a safe and friendly environment to do business and in raising a family.

Within the heart of the Triangle, is one of the busiest and very profitable Wal-Mart Stores that serves as a magnet in drawing a multitude of new businesses that are in the design stage, and slated for construction later this year. They include a Strip Mall; Chili?’s Restaurant; Holiday Inn Express; a La Quinta Motel, and a Justice of the Peace and Constable?’s Headquarters building.

Recently, on Forbes.com listings of the best U.S. Markets was in San Antonio. It cited San Antonio as being seventh on the best place for real estate investing.

Among the best qualities of the Eastern Triangle is not only the environmental friendly aesthetics, but the labor market that is available within the region, which includes a vast number of professionals.

The upper most part of the triangle overlooks downtown from a distance, and yet, it is minutes away from the hub of the seat of government and military installations.
