The contest starts June 1st and ends August 24th. Judging will take place August 25th and 26th. Award will be given at the September 5th meeting at Grange Elementary School at 7:00 p.m.

1st PLACE PRIZE
* $100.00 cash donated by the ESCA.
* Plus a perennial blooming plant donated by Dundalk Florist.
2nd PLACE PRIZE
* $50.00 gift certificate donated by
Poor Boy?’s Garden Center.
3RD PLACE PRIZE
* $50.00 in flowers from the CCBC-Dundalk Campus Horticulture Club. (The CCBC flowers will not be available until May, 2002 during their spring sale.)
Winners will be notified the weekend of August 25th-26th, 2001 and presented prizes at the ESCA September 5th, 2001 meeting at Grange Elementary at 7:00 p.m. [All ESCA Officers/Board Members & Judges are omitted from this contest.]
Judging criteria of ?“The Most Beautiful Garden & Lawn Contest?”: * Eastfield-Stanbrook residents only. * Front lawn and gardens only. * Judges will look at the appearance of lawn, shrubs, flower gardens, and front porch presentation. * Guidelines include neatness, design, consistency, groupings, color, contrast, variety, and theme of garden and lawn.
