Just a brief update to let everyone know that the long scheduled Cloverdale phase of the Easthaven/Idlewild Storm Water Drain Prpject began Tuesday, March 16. It looks like Cloverdale Ave. between Eathaven Dr. and Greywood Dr. will soon be closed for the foreseeable future.
I will keep everyone posted as new information becomes available. |

Further News
At this point, construction on Cloverdale is stopped and has been for over a week do to a number of concerns which include: 1. continued bad weather 2. A backlog in the schedule in the Idlebrook Farms subdivision prject 3. Some unforseen obstacles in the digging due to construction irregularities by the original construction company.. Which means-open holes and pieces of concrete laying around the street until further notice.... |

Still More News
Because of continued dry weather and the relative ease of moving heavy equipment through the neighborhood, the construction on the Cloverdale/TwinOaks/Easthaven phase of the project is now well ahead of schedule. The streets of Cloverdale and Easthaven have already been dug up and repaired. The word is that the entire project should be finished before June-at least two months ahead of schedule. |

And we're done. My congratualtions to the city work crews on getting this phase of the poject done so quickly and with such relative ease. ;-) |
