Dear Eastman Creek Landing Residents:
As you know, our Home Owner Hazard Insurance has more than doubled as a result of our Fire Protection Class being raised from a 5 to a 9. As soon as the Fire Substation is complete on ROUTE 101, the protection class should be back to a 5. I have tried to stay on top of this situation. The following is a status on the construction form the Beaufort Borough Manager Charles Burgess.

The civil engineer is designing the footing/foundation now. We should have that information by the end of the month. This will thin allow the steel building manufacturer to fabricate the 4 bay building per the foundation design. This process should take approximately 6 weeks. The foundation/pad construction will commence and should be completed when the building is delivered. The erection of the building will take approximately 3 weeks. I hope this information is helpful.
