Eastman Creek Landing

I am disappointed in the HOA.  They have done nothing to improve the grounds in the neighborhood.  The money is hoarded by the board and we never get a "real" balance on the accounts that are owned by ALL homeowners.  They pick and choose who they want to follow rules. NOTHING is consistent.  After ten years nothign has changed. New homes are built and that is it. We are still dealing with people who leave their yards a disgusting mess. They enforce nothing. They do not care what the homeowners want. They do what they want and spend money on what they want without input. Don't tell me to go to a meeting. Been there done that. Nothing is done.  If there is a way to report the HOA for Abuse of Power I would do it.
