We just purchased a home in Indigo Hill and were told by Village Homes that it would be ready in oct/nov. I was wondering if other peoples homes were finished on time, early or much later.

Construction Time

We signed our contract in March 99 and moved in Feb 2000. We are very pleased with our home but it took 11 months to complete. So if your home right now is a dirt lot, no hole, figure 11 months.

Construction Time Response

Sadly to say, our house is running behind schedule as well. They started it 3 months behind when they said they would and it only gets worked on about 1 day a week. As excited as we are about our new home, we pray it is finished at least within the next 12 months.
