Hi. I'm hoping a long-time Castle Hills resident may be able to help me. My mom has been having ongoing water issues with her house for years. She keeps telling me that there was a similar situation in Castle Hills (probably in the '70s or '80s). I've spent more than 10 hours online trying to find more info, but simply don't have enough details to find it. If you know the name of the person who sued the county and was bought out, I'd be forever grateful if you could share that. My mom is in an almost constant panic with her current situation.
