Good evening my mother was a resident of Eden Isle, she had recently passed on last September and unfortunately, my sister unscrupulously forged her name on the condo and has no money to pay the maintenance on the condo and believe it might be levied. My question is: who and where do you send  the maintenance payment every month? The legalities concerning this condo should be settled soon and would like make sure it doesn't get levied.
