cleaning up neighborhood

Posted in: Edgebrooke Village One
I see you have asked the people in our neighborhood to move boats and trailers. What about the people that park their vehilcles in their front yard. This makes the neighborhood look horrible. Why have you not said anything to these people????? Maybe you should not descriminate because you dont have a boat or motor home. The rules should be the same for everyone not just some. Ive had my boat here for many many years and all of a sudden you decide to follow the rules..What about all the cars parked in the street?

We are working to remove the vehichles from the streets as well.  The Board does not discriminate because we don't own a boat or motor home, as a matter of fact we do have a board member who does own a motor home and they are in compliance and have it parked behind their fence in their back yard. The  Board is not responsible for the prior actions of past Boards who did not enforce the CC&R's as we are trying to do. If you are unhappy with the Board's request please attend a meeting and bring your concern to the entire Board.

We have been trying to clean up the neighborhood and will continue in our efforts to do so.Smile

Again in closing I invite you to attend a Board meeting and voice your concern to the Board directly.
