Edgemoor

I guess it was 3 years ago now, maybe a littke more, someone ran over the Edgemoor sign at MLK and Southwest Blvd.  It used to be in the brick median where Southwest veers off of MLK.  I live near there.  The sign quickly disappeared.  Did the city take it, an association person, or a neigborhood kid?  It would be good if the neighborhood association replaced that sign.   What is the process for that and why hasn't it been done?
