The July 1, 2017 Condo Fee Payment Receipt by DR. CRUZ, indicates "If Received After July 6, 2017," the fee jumps from $222.00 to $272.00. However, I checked my Online Checking Account, and my Condo Fee Payment made July 1, 2017 has yet to clear the bank. Ask yourselves, why is the "Board of Trustees" and the "Property Manager" witholding rather than depositing our checks so that they grow interest? This is clearly ineptness, gross mismanagement, abuse of owners, etc.
