I received this comment/concern from one of the neighbors, but there isn't an email link for the contact person to receive input. I would be happy to help attach an email address so that neighbors can use the interactive tool of ''Email your neighborhood contact''
Nice to see we have a site, hope it catches on. Was good to see the covenants as my copy was mostly illegible. I noticed a few things I need to question
1. Fence hight, my copy said that to be 42''.
2. Check #4, ground floor sizes,
looks like something is missing.
3. Check #11 - why mention metal awnings if none are allowed? 4. Item #2, as I read it, it says I cannot repaint my storage shed or replace broken pickets in my fence without first getting permission. That can't be right.
