Edna Park Neighborhood Association

I get extremely upset when I drive down the street and see some young punks spray painting graffity on the wall of neighbors homes .The only solution I see is to target these individuals that are doing this to are neighborhood.My suggestion is to call code enforcement on the violations of there neglected properties and call the police when there hanging out late drinking in the streets and the park.If we all work together we can get rid of this problem You don't have to confront these guys if you fear them .If you notify the local police 647-5062 Our West End division .they can check out the situation.They don't know there is a problem unless we tell them.If you have any solutions I would like to here them
